Heart and Commitment: Our Alliance with Cáritas

The signing took place at a location that’s very special to us, our Hotel Boutique Quinta Esencia, and was attended by our General Director Alicia Corroto, along with Mónica Moreno and Marisa Martínez from Cáritas.
What does this agreement mean?
We’ve been working with Cáritas for some time, especially in employment-related initiatives. Many of the people training in hospitality through their programs have completed internships in our hotels and restaurants. Now, we’re taking that collaboration even further.
We’ll continue to provide spaces for their activities, offer special rates for their guests, and most importantly, take an active role in their employment programs. It’s our way of giving back to the city that gives us so much every day.
Words that represent us
During the signing, our General Director, Alicia Corroto, summed it up perfectly:
“This agreement is more than just a signature — it’s a way to reinforce our commitment to Toledo and its people. At Restoledo, we believe hospitality should go beyond service and also be a driver of social change.”
Who are we?
In case you’re not familiar with us yet, Restoledo S.L. is the group behind Hotel Carlos V, San Juan de los Reyes, and Quinta Esencia, as well as restaurants like Azotea de Carlos, La Fábrica de Harinas, and La Esencial.
Beyond offering unique experiences in each of our spaces, we want to be a company that creates social value, that gets involved, and that truly believes in the power of small actions to make a big difference.
