To be our guests’ favorite choice
That’s why, during the week of April 13th to 16th, we carried out the “Culture, Leadership and Team Alignment” process with all our hosts, together with Jaime Chicheri, coach and creator of the Happy Hotelier Club.
We took the time to pause, to listen to one another, to understand each other and to explore how we can better coordinate in our day-to-day work. Because while everyone has their own role, what truly makes the difference is how we work together as one team.
When reception, housekeeping, restaurant service, kitchen and maintenance are aligned, everything flows differently. Timing improves, communication becomes clearer, and the experience feels more natural, more thoughtful and more consistent.
Many of these things may not be visible… but they can be felt. In every detail, every gesture and every moment you experience with us.
All of this work has one single purpose: to keep improving so that when you choose us, you feel comfortable, well cared for and eager to return.
